The Price was written and recorded on March 23rd, 2013. With instrumentation brought to the Thinkaz by H. Kal-El, JEFFdaMC's older sibling, the four mc's wrote their individual verses in front of each other in early in the morning in an open space. This spawned the idea for their verses to intertwine with each other throughout the track. The Price was unplanned and completely organic and soon became a regular pick for the Thinkaz to perform clear into the next year. It was decided that the song would be kept under wraps until the group could find a worthy project to make it's home. And now two years later, you can hear "The Price" exclusively on Crashing the Heirship volume 2!
